As the world watches, the behavior of the U.S. president continues to spiral into dangerous territory. Tariffs remain a burden on everyday Americans, driving up the cost of living and deepening economic strain. Now, with reports of U.S. involvement in Venezuela and the possible capture of Nicolás Maduro—who faces charges in the U.S.—our nation finds itself entangled in yet another international crisis. But the most alarming development is the sudden and unauthorized war with Iran—a war no one asked for, a war Congress did not approve, and a war that has alienated our NATO allies. NATO was built as a defensive alliance, not an instrument of aggression. Yet, the president’s insults toward our allies and reckless threats toward Iran have placed the world on edge. Today, the president issued an ultimatum to Iran: open the Strait of Hormuz or face annihilation. To threaten the destruction of an entire people—those he once claimed to “liberate”—reveals not just instability, but something far darker. As a religious leader and life coach, I see this as a moment of reckoning. Evil thrives when good people grow complacent. We have allowed hate, greed, and fear to become normalized. We have accepted dishonesty as strategy and cruelty as strength. This administration, built on promises of “no new wars” and “America first,” has instead delivered deception, division, and destruction. From accepting foreign gifts to promoting personal business ventures while in office, the corruption runs deep. And now, as bombs threaten to fall on Iran, we face the moral collapse of a nation that once stood for justice and peace. If we carry out the president’s threats, we will not only commit war crimes but also betray the very values we claim to defend. There was no imminent threat to the United States—only the illusion of one, crafted to justify chaos. The Iranian people, already suffering under their own regime, now face starvation, fear, and death at the hands of those who claim to “save” them. This is our moment to choose a different path—to return to love, truth, and faith. To honor our neighbors, our families, and our Creator. The time for blind loyalty is over. The time for moral courage is now. ---
